Decoration & Planned Maintenance

Chapel Street Redruth

This Design and Build project was undertaken on behalf of Penwith Housing Association.  The picture features some of the new houses and the old Chapel itself which was converted into flats.

The painting specification varied somewhat to take into account the actual differing new and old surfaces that had to be coated.

All decorations were undertaken by our own Painting Division and the required standards were met.

This was an award winning development

Market Way Redruth

Market Way, as shown is part of our own Alma Place Design and Build Project, undertaken on behalf of Charville Estates Redruth Ltd.

This picture shows the shop units which form part of this very busy trading centre.

Decorations were expected to be of the highest standard and that was achieved by our own directly employed workforce.

This was an award winning development

Morrab Gardens Water Fountain

Specification was to strip off all the existing coatings by means of sandblasting, prepare the old iron statue and decorate in authentic colours.  This was achieved by using our own specialist operatives; our chosen paint system was Acrylated Rubber.

The result, as you can see, was startling and received much acclaim.

The Client was Penwith District Council.

Jubilee Pool Penzance – 2004

The Jubilee Pool is an old structure and over the years had fallen from visual grace.

However over recent years J & E Regan’s Painting Division has been tasked with bringing it back to something resembling its previous glory.

Penwith District Council allowed us to provide our own specification to achieve a finish that would enable this pool to enhance the town once again.
